Our Property Litigation team comprises over 16 specialist lawyers able to service clients at regional and national levels.  As one of the largest teams in the country, we pride ourselves on offering our clients real strength and expertise in resolving disputes quickly and effectively.  We act for a wide range of corporates, investors and asset management companies, retailers, residential landlords and individuals and boast particular expertise in the social housing, retail and leisure, development, charities, government and banking sectors.  Blake Morgan is ranked tier 1 for Property Litigation in Wales (Legal 500) and Chambers & Partners.

We have a vacancy within our Property Litigation team located in Cardiff.  The firm is looking for a paralegal to work with our Housing Team. The Team acts for social landlords in Wales and England on contentious matters including tenancy enforcement, possession claims and injunction applications. A significant amount of Court work is involved and a willingness to undertake advocacy after suitable training is required.  The candidate will be expected to work as part of a team and have a good attention to detail. The role involves managing their own case load and working with more senior team members on larger disputes.

Experience of Social Housing work is desirable but not essential.  The ability to work through the medium of Welsh is desirable but not essential.  

The successful candidate will be well supported at Partner and Solicitor level and will be joining a collegiate environment.
