Regulatory

Our office locations and details of how to reach them are found  here.

Our Regulatory Business Group is recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500 as a highly regarded team specialising in advising professional regulators, particularly in the healthcare sector. The team do this by investigating concerns regarding a professional's fitness to practise, which may arise because of their conduct, competence or health.

The purpose of the investigation is to obtain evidence, including witness statements, so that an informed decision can be made regarding the concerns that have been raised and whether there is a case to answer. If there is, we help prepare the case for a hearing and often our in house advocates will present it.

We have one of the largest teams in the country, comprising solicitors, barristers, CILEX lawyers, paralegals and trainees and we are supported by a dedicated professional support lawyer and an experienced administrative team.

More information about our Regulatory practice can be found  here.
