Our training contract is made up of four six-month seats in various areas of the business giving you a wide range of experience and opportunity. We promise a varied rotation of seat choices which will enable you to build experience, apply your legal knowledge to a broad range of issues and develop a full range of skills which will lay the foundation for your future career wherever you choose to specialise.

Our trainees have a wide support network who will be with you from the day you start your training contract through to the end of your first year as a newly qualified solicitor. The network includes your seat supervisor, assigned mentor, regional training partner, training principal and the other trainees.

We consider our trainees to be a member of the team from the minute you start each seat. You will be invited to attend client meetings, networking events, graduate recruitment events and various training sessions to help you develop your own knowledge, skills and confidence.

Sponsorship

We offer financial support towards your LPC and SQE should you decide to undertake the course full-time. We do not currently offer financial support towards the GDL.
