We are looking for an NQ-3 PQE lawyer to join our established Commercial team based from our office in central Reading.
Blake Morgan has developed excellence in all areas of commercial law within the private, public and third sectors. We pride ourselves on being outcome focused and getting under the skin of our clients including local authority, leisure, education and healthcare. Our Commercial team are ranked in the prestigious Legal 500 Guide and undertake a wide range of work including matters related to commercial trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, franchising, IP, manufacturing and data protection. From day one, our lawyers are exposed to high quality work and client interface. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts of various sizes and values and will be encouraged to act as an extension of our clients' in-house legal teams.

You will have developed a good grounding in commercial law in your early career or be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in this practice. You will be comfortable drafting and negotiating contracts and keen to develop further your skills; carrying out legal research and due diligence; guiding clients through commercial challenges; developing client relationships and ensuring that we deliver solutions in line with our clients' aims. You must also be able to demonstrate:
