We are looking for a talented lawyer (circa 3-5 PQE) to become a valued, long-term member of our established Commercial team in central Reading.
Blake Morgan has developed excellence in all areas of commercial law within the private, public and third sectors. Ranked in the Legal 500, we partner with clients that span the local authority, leisure education and healthcare sectors - across matters related to commercial trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, franchising, IP, manufacturing and data protection. We take pride in truly understanding our clients to become a trusted extension of their in-house team, providing a consistent, highly quality and collaborative approach.
Joining our team offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term client relationships and take real ownership of your matters. Career development is supported through a mix of practical experience under the direct guidance and mentoring of experienced colleagues, and formal development support from Blake Morgan’s Academy. This is all underpinned by our Career Path Framework, that provides our colleagues with a clear structured approach to developing themselves and their career.
We were recently awarded the Outstanding Workplace Culture Award at the Wales Business Awards 2026. Inclusion is very much part of our DNA, and in support of this we offer flexible hybrid working (typically two to three days in the office), embedded alongside a coordinated “one-team” approach, which extends across all of our offices and practice groups.
